Stainless Steel Ventilated Pass-Through
G2’s EnviroPass® stainless steel ventilated pass-through chambers offer all of the high quality features as our other numerous pass-through transfer consoles, but with the added protection and functionality of a standard High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration of the air inside the pass-through.
The heavy duty 16 gauge 304 stainless steel construction throughout offers superior service life and withstands the rigors of demanding environments. A finishing flange provides a clean appearance in your facility and can be matched to existing decor if required.
ULPA or HEPA Filtration
These ventilated pass-through chambers have an external side mounted HEPA Filter housing and a 2 inch diameter stainless steel duct flange on the top of the pass-through that can connect to your ventilation system.
ULPA filters are available upon request, as well as custom-sizing of the pass-through cabinet, duct flange, and other components.
This unit can also be supplied with ULPA filtration if filtration greater than HEPA standard is specified or required.
For general reference , High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) filtration can remove at least 99.97% of airborne particles with a size of .3 micron (.1 μm). Ultra-Low Particulate Air (ULPA) filters can remove at least 99.999% of bacteria, dust, mold, pollen and other airborne particles with a size of .1 micron (.1 μm) or larger. Manufacturer versions and designations of filters may differ slightly from these specifications depending upon selected filter model.
G2 also offers a ventilated pass-through with integrated fan filter unit (FFU) for pharmacological, research, laboratories, and other industrial facilities.
