G2’s EnviroPass® Biologically-Safe Ventilated Pass Through Chamber with Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is our most advanced double-wall, ventilated pass through.
This system features 14 and 16 gauge stainless steel construction for quality, consistency, and durability. These cabinets are heavier gauge stainless steel by a factor of two or more vs. competing products – making them more durable.
These units include EntireSeam™ seamless welds and smooth wipe surfaces for an easy-to-clean interior, fully isolated inner chamber, surface compression doors, positive pressure FFU air handler, static HEPA filter clean air exhaust, electromagnetic internal interlock (standard mechanical interlock available), and safety glass viewing windows in the heavy duty doors.
The pass-through’s EntireSeam™ seamless welded interior features coved corners for easy cleaning and disinfection.
Heavy duty stainless steel hardware provides a lifetime of service.
The pass-through includes a stainless steel electromagnetic interlock standard. Options include RFID and no-touch door controls, magnetic interlocks, and more.
This pass-through has go/no-go red and green indicator lights. The viewing windows are easy-to-clean laminated safety glass.
The top mounted powered air handler fan filter unit (FFU) pulls air into the cabinet through the ventilated intake outside the cabinet, which is then pushed through the class 14 HEPA filter in the FFU down into the cabinet chamber. The intake includes a pre-filter for large particulates. Over-pressure is exhausted out of the chamber through side mounted static 6”x6” HEPA filter on the same room side as the intake. A rheostat control nob on the clean side allows fan to run from 250 CFM to 450 CFM, while the flush mounted Magnehelic™ gauge enables pressure monitoring.
Fan Filtration Units permit the removal of the HEPA filter via drop down grill in the inner chamber ceiling, without removing the complete unit from the cabinet. FFU Units feature an upstream gel channel on the filter which provides a leak-free seal between the filter and housing. All filters can be replaced from within the pass through with hand tools.

While this cabinet model is not UL certified, all electrical components are assembled and documented to UL standards. Optional UL Field Certification available. Please note that any changes to features or options not listed requires re-quote.
