Fire-Resistant Pass-Through with Ceramic Glass

G2’s EnviroPass^® fire-resistant pass-through with ceramic glass viewing windows is built for intensive use in clean room and laboratory facilities.

EnviroPass^® stainless steel fire-resistant pass-throughs with ceramic glass are designed for a one (1) hour fire rating. These pass-throughs are constructed with double walls and feature self-closing doors with latching paddle handles. Fire-rated ceramic glass viewing windows provide observation of pass-through contents.

This fire-resistant pass-through with ceramic glass comes in standard sizes that will accommodate various sized products, tools, and test equipment. It is also available in custom sizes to meet your requirements.

This pass-through chamber’s 16 gauge 304 stainless steel with #4 brushed finish maintains an attractive look in any facility and is easy to clean.

The fire-rated pass-through’s self-closing hinges automatically fully closes the console hatches to meet fire code and requirements. The paddle latch also securely latches the pass-through to meet fire-resistance requirements.

Rugged 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel construction vs. competitions’ standard 18 or 20 gauge construction results in a longer service life and the ability to withstand intensive-use common in laboratory environments. All hardware (handles, hinges, latches) are also heavy duty stainless steel. Lighter duty hardware commonly supplied in other pass-throughs not built by G2 is prone to breaking due to repeated use.

EnviroPass^® standard stainless steel pass-through cabinets are built with full seam welds vs. spot welds. This protects the integrity of internal atmosphere and provides a robust chamber able to withstand stress from doors being slammed shut or heavy materials passing through the chamber.

Optional features for this pass through include removable shelves, custom wall flanges or sloped tops, and electronic, magnetic or mechanical interlocks.

EnviroPass™ fire-rated pass-throughs can be purchased as in-wall units or floor-mounted with a stainless steel ramp for to pass carts or other large items through from one room to another while preserving laboratory or clean room atmospheres.
