Standard Pass-Through Console with Window

G2’s EnviroPass^® standard stainless steel pass-through console with viewing windows provides operators the ability to easily see if materials are being passed or ready for removal.

This pass-through chamber’s 16 gauge 304 stainless steel with #4 brushed finish maintains an attractive look in any facility and is easy to clean.

Windows drastically cut down transfer confusion between operators and helps increase productivity. Our stainless steel pass-through windows are built standard with laminated safety glass and heavy duty EDPM seals with a specialized sealing gasket material vs. commonly supplied PVC windows with lighter duty seals. Laminated safety glass withstands scratches better than PVC, and is easily cleaned and disinfected with common cleaners that would otherwise damage PVC windows. Our sealing process prevents leaks and other issues common to lesser quality construction.

Rugged 16 gauge type 304 stainless steel construction vs. competitions’ standard 18 or 20 gauge construction results in a longer service life and the ability to withstand intensive-use common in laboratory environments. All hardware (handles, hinges, latches) are also heavy duty stainless steel. Lighter duty hardware commonly supplied in other pass-throughs not built by G2 is prone to breaking due to repeated use.

EnviroPass^® standard stainless steel pass-through cabinets are built with full seam welds vs. spot welds. This protects the integrity of internal atmosphere and provides a robust chamber able to withstand stress from doors being slammed shut or heavy materials passing through the chamber.

EnviroPass^® economy version of our standard pass-throughs with windows can be purchased as in-wall units or floor mounted. Constructed from high quality 304 #4 Polished Stainless steel design, these single wall units feature raised floors, solid stainless steel doors with safety viewing glass, stainless steel hinges and latches. Built for abuse, these pass-throughs provide years of continued use with little or no general maintenance.
